Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your PokerFolio account, what the current automated deletion removes, and what requires a separate request.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open PokerFolio and sign in.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap Account & backup.
4. Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

The app sends an authenticated request to delete your sign-in account. If it succeeds, your Supabase authentication account, current backup and backup history, normalized cloud hands, linked screenshot objects, associated analytics events, and linked support submissions are deleted. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app control, email mayureshmhase.work@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Delete my PokerFolio data and identify which data you want deleted. We may ask for reasonable proof that the account or submission is yours before acting. No fixed support-response deadline is currently committed.

What automated account deletion removes

• Your Supabase authentication account and sign-in credentials.
• Your current whole-database cloud backup, including backed-up sessions, bankrolls, transactions, venues, casinos, tags, notes, players, hands, cards, actions, saved events, settings and spreadsheet import records.
• Up to ten retained backup revisions.
• Normalized cloud hands and their seats, actions and board cards.
• Screenshot objects stored under your account folder, if any.
• Analytics events associated with your account and known install IDs.
• Support submissions linked by account ID or account email.

What automated account deletion does not remove

• Data on your device. The local database remains. Delete individual records, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. PokerFolio excludes these records from Android backup and device-to-device transfer.
• Future analytics. The existing install UUID is reset. A new signed-out identifier and events can be created if you continue using the installed app with analytics enabled.
• Firebase Crashlytics reports. These use Firebase and Crashlytics installation identifiers rather than your PokerFolio account ID and follow Google's retention policy.

Support attachment note

In the current app, support submissions store attachment file name, MIME type and size, but do not upload the selected file contents. Screenshot images used for hand import are a different feature and are sent to Google Gemini for processing when you choose cloud screenshot import.
